Network 23 is designed to jack into any NeuroStim input feed in proximity, displaying a digitally corrupt reconstruction of a primitive future. Users experience a government which functions as a puppet for Network Executives, installed to protect and consolidate power. Society becomes an unwilling test subject of an unlawful and subliminal experiment in total sensory overload.
